Structured On-the-Job Training (SOJT)
Practical hands-on training in real maintenance environments across Europe
What is SOJT?
Structured On-the-Job Training (SOJT) is a systematic approach to training that takes place in the actual work environment. Unlike traditional classroom training, SOJT allows trainees to learn and practice skills in the context where they will be applied, under the guidance of experienced instructors.
In aviation maintenance, SOJT is a critical component of professional development, providing hands-on experience with actual aircraft systems and components. This practical training complements theoretical knowledge and helps maintenance professionals develop the skills needed for safe and effective aircraft maintenance.
Avitech Limited's SOJT programs are designed to meet EASA requirements for practical experience, helping maintenance professionals advance their careers and obtain the necessary qualifications for certification.
SOJT Benefits
- Hands-on experience with real aircraft
